Property measured by trained architectural designer resulting in complete existing conditions drawings of your property. Discuss potential scope of work with architectural designer who will compile a few schematic drawings of renovation options for your property. Digital and hard-copy drawings of existing conditions, renovation plans, 3D views, and rough cost estimate of each renovation idea provided upon completion. Typical turn around - measure within one week of deposit and drawings completed within two weeks of measurement.
Maximum 2500 SQFT. Drawings will be emailed via pdf in 11x17 format.
